DJANG. Values

Teamwork

Teamwork is the spirit that binds the agency together, emphasizing that the collective effort is greater than the sum of individual actions. It's about creating an environment where collaboration transcends mere cooperation, transforming group potential into collective achievements. Through fostering a culture where ideas and successes are shared, Djang cultivates a sense of unity and shared purpose.

Openness

Openness involves more than transparency; it represents a commitment to honesty and vulnerability. It is about fostering an environment where communication flows freely, allowing creativity and new ideas to surface and thrive. This openness is not just operational but strategic, creating a space where feedback is valued as a cornerstone for continuous improvement and innovation.

Exigeance

Exigence reflects a relentless pursuit of excellence, where high standards are the norm and not the exception. At Djang, this value is about embracing the challenge of always pushing the boundaries of what is possible, striving for impeccable execution and innovative solutions that exceed expectations. It is a commitment to transforming every challenge into an opportunity to excel.

Tolerance

Tolerance is about cultivating respect and acceptance, recognizing that diversity in thought, background, and perspective is not just necessary but enriching. It is the recognition that every individual brings a unique set of values and viewpoints that, when embraced, can contribute to more holistic and innovative outcomes. Tolerance in this sense is not passive but an active pursuit of harmony and inclusivity.

Shadow Marketing

Meaningful Content (no bullshit allowed)

Why ?

All is about content. The core messaging is what will drive any piece of content. Content has many purposes - Readability of your offerings, Brand Image, Lead generation, SEO optimization and others… Companies have many reasons to produce as most content as possible to feed these said purposes.

This is where quantity must not overcome quality. Quality produced content is a lot harder to organize and deliver than quantity driven content. That’s the reason why some companies will produce an important amount of content without deeply thinking of the meaning of every idea and how it will be perceived by a certain audience.

Devil’s in the details

Think - Confront - Draft - Build - Review - Adjust - Validate

If something is wrong, let’s talk about it and work on it. Feeling about designs, product strategies, or any other decision making process, details make the difference. A high level of detail management is a team trustful work. Each member of a project must be adopting a required attitude towards one self or other team members
